- Manage a team of Production Engineers
- Responsible for the production of quality products efficiently and safely onsite
- Manage the manufacturing & facilities team including managing, mentoring and developing staff.
- Compliance with ISO requirements
- HSE responsibility for the Production department and factory areas
- Set and manage performance targets for direct reports, in accordance with both ISO KPIs and personal development planning
Qualifications:
- Strong experience gained as a Manufacturing Engineer OR Supervisor OR Manager OR Production Engineer OR Supervisor OR Manager (ESSENTIAL)
