Financial Controller

SME Property Investment company in NW London, with a £100m portfolio of residential and commercial assets, is seeking a Financial Controller / Head of Finance for a hands-on role. This Financial Controller / Head of Finance role will include: * Report to the Operations Director and liaise with the owners * Oversee one part time bookkeeper / ledger clerk * Preparing statutory accounts for various entities/SPVs * Corporation tax returns and family tax returns * Management accounts and quarterly management reporting * Monthly KPI reporting * Bank liaison and reporting * Service charge accounting * VAT, ATED and payroll responsibilities * Various reconciliations and rent collection * Work with Sage and Xero * Liaise with advisors on ad hoc projects and restructuring * Liaise with Property Manager re property and tenant issues This Financial Controller / Head of Finance role will require a qualified accountant, ideally from the Property sector (or with Property clients), keen to work in a long term role in a small well-established company in NW London
