Part Time Bookkeeper / Accounts AssistantTo assist the Head of Finance with day-to-day bookkeeping Property Company North London/Barnet/Finchley (Part Time – 3 days) Strong Double Entry skills required for this Bookkeeper role Maintain accurate ledgers on Sage Line 50 – sales, purchase and general Process purchase/expense invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely and accurate manner Resolving supplier queries and preparing supplier payment runs Raise accounts receivable invoices/credit notes; follow up outstanding balances (credit control) Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
