Financial Controller (SME - Property Investment)

NW London – SME Property Investment company (£100m portfolio of residential and commercial assets) is seeking a Financial Controller / Head of Finance for a hands-on role. This Financial Controller / Head of Finance role will include: Report to the MD and liaise with the Owners Oversee one part time bookkeeper / ledger clerk Preparing statutory accounts for various entities/SPVs Corporation tax returns and family tax returns Management accounts and quarterly management reporting Monthly KPI reporting Bank liaison and reporting Service charge accounting VAT, ATED and payroll responsibilities Various reconciliations and rent collection Work with Sage and Xero Liaise with advisors on ad hoc projects and restructuring Liaise with Property Manager re property and tenant issues This Financial Controller / Head of Finance role will require a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA), ideally from the Property sector (or with Property clients), keen to work in a long term role in a small well-establishedcompany in NW London. #J-18808-Ljbffr
