Solicitor - Conveyancing (Permanent)

The Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor will be responsible for handling both residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, providing legal advice on property matters, and drafting conveyancing documents. Conveyancing Lawyers applying for this position must be well versed handling a caseload consisting of: · Re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters; · New builds; · The successful candidate will be taking on an established and good quality caseload that will incorporate all aspects of commercial and residential conveyancing, so knowledge and experience is paramount to this role. This position is to commence as soon as possible.
