We are a young, exciting, entrepreneurial business, a sister company to one of the great D&B Brands. Our focus is on winning interior fit out projects between £100k and £500k. All introductions will be via parent company, networking, direct introductions or other marketing platform. All appointments are made via our groups’ outstanding telesales capabilities.

The role

Unique opportunity to lead the team and business as Project Director; comprising design, estimating, and delivery pitching projects and framework agreements providing “fast track” design and fit out solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all appointments are fully qualified, planned and researched prior to meeting
  • Build rapport across a number of influencers and decision makers
  • Engage at senior executive level
  • Fully understand and advise on the brief, design, technical issues and costs
  • Ensure all proposals are presented quickly, professionally and accurately
  • Intelligently negotiate to maximise profit but with an eye to the longer term
  • Ensure the delivery teams are fully “on it” focused, properly briefed and committed
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, to spec and budget

Candidate

Energetic, ambitious, innovative and entrepreneurial D&B project sales person. Intelligent, creative thinker with good workplace/fit out experience and know how.

Key qualities:

  • Smart, charismatic client facing individual with considerable knowledge of workplace projects.
  • Excellent business and people management skills
  • Must be a successful D&B sales person. Good technical, design and pricing skills
  • Able to engage at board level, consult, partner, advise and close
  • Great presentation and negotiating skills
  • Able to engage with clients as a serious business professional and expert consultant
  • Must have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Able to take a thorough brief and pass on in detail to design and delivery
  • Good virtual manager and team player
