Part of a senior three-person executive board and pitch team responsible for managing a business unit of c£20+m and a team comprising designers, technicians, visualizers, estimators and PMs.

Senior Pitch executive managing all aspects of technical evaluation, costings, financial negotiation and contract agreements in close liaison with the Project Director and Design Director.

Key responsibilities:
  • All pricing, cost evaluations, analysis and management of suppliers and materials
  • Optimisation of profitability
  • Ensuring design feasibility relates to budget parameters
  • Managing and negotiating all subcontractor and product supplier costs and contracts
  • Ensure all contracts are detailed, accurate and absolutely in order
  • The commercial and financial lead of the senior pitch team
  • Managing client technical expectations in layman’s language
  • Delivering clear and concise technical information in terms a client understands and instils total confidence and trust
Candidate:

Smart, commercial and client-facing. A financially astute, highly experienced, senior Fit Out manager. A Commercial/Pre contract/Estimating Manager/Director or equivalent.

Key Qualities:
  • Strong client negotiation/presentation skills
  • Providing a confident and consultative appearance and approach
  • Excellent overall financial management experience of fit out projects
  • Knowledge of and contacts with subcontract labour and materials suppliers
  • Excellent attention to detail regarding terms from suppliers and final contract
  • Experience of a similar role within the commercial fit out sector
  • Genuine team player, able to work accurately under pressure
  • Well developed leadership, management, communication and prioritisation skills
