To take advantage of increased opportunity we want to appoint a Project Finance Manager. We are looking to add to our Project Finance team. Experienced within Commercial Office Design & Build, you will be client facing and must be able to develop a cost plan and present the cost proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Degree or HNC/HND educated (desirable but not essential)
  • 1+ Years’ experience as a Contracts Manager/QS, preferably in design & build fit‑out
  • An established and good track record of yielding high profits in previous projects
  • Highly motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well organised with good time management
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • High competence in using Microsoft Excel with a good knowledge in Outlook & Word
  • A good knowledge of JCT contracts & current building regulations
  • A good knowledge of health and safety within the industry
  • Full and ideally clean driving licence essential
