The Role: A client interacting role providing innovative project planning and management; ensuring clients receive the very best practical and technical workplace solutions from our products and services.
Key Requirements:
- Manufacturing and engineering HQ in Italy so could be called to work anywhere in Europe
- Based in London but able to travel immediately as and when required
- Provide detailed space plans and technical product solutions for existing corporate accounts
- These accounts may be looking for new space, re-stacking or reconfiguration
- Utilise clients existing products and advise on complimentary additions as required
- Take comprehensive technical space and product briefs from local international dealers/clients, ensuring absolute attention to detail
- Providing quick, accurate and creative plans and layouts
- This is a creative space and product planning role with considerable client/dealer interaction
Candidate:
- A commercial, client facing technical, designer/project manager with the ability to work creatively and independently with minimum of supervision.
Key Qualities:
- Personable, articulate, smart and commercial. Excellent client management skills
- A skilled corporate planner with knowledge of all current CAD and support technologies
- Must have a corporate office, space planning and workplace background
- Comfortable reading technical drawings from building shell and core
- Strong project and product management knowledge and delivery skills
- May work through local designers so good interpersonal/virtual management capabilities
- Enjoy the planning, technical and creative workplace challenges
- Flexible and mobile, able to travel extensively
- Self motivated with excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Another European language would be useful
