What You Will Accomplish
- Own category strategy, performance, and growth roadmap for your assigned vertical(s).
- Support and mentor a team of Category Managers or Specialists.
- Build data‑driven plans to scale GMV, retention, and buyer engagement.
- Oversee incentive allocation and return on investment governance across your portfolio.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to plan tentpole programming and promotional campaigns.
- Partner with Business Development to identify and onboard high‑value sellers.
