Event set-up (4 days): Assist the floor team in receiving deliveries, sorting, categorizing collections, and working with visual merchandisers to display products. During the event (7 days): Provide exceptional customer service to VIPs and clients, promote cross-selling to meet sales targets, stay knowledgeable about the brand and products, and maintain high standards for shop floor appearance and visual displays. Coordinate with the Inventory Specialist to ensure remaining pieces are counted, packed, and returned correctly.
