Arlettie is seeking an HR lead to manage all HR aspects of our events, reporting to the Country Manager. You will drive People and Planning, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, planning and staff welfare for a fast-paced luxury brand.
You will coordinate staffing, scheduling, and payroll liaison, ensuring compliant contracts and effective workforce management across locations. This 9-month fixed-term role covers maternity leave, with potential extension based on need.
