Mission
As a Junior Account Manager in London, you will be responsible for the entire organisation of our private sales events in the showroom, from the operational planning to the end of sale reporting with the brand partner. A true Arlettie ambassador, you will be the privileged interlocutor of our partner Houses and our operational teams to make each event a success in terms of turnover and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- The organisation of the sale in coordination with the brand Marketing and defining invitations according to the breakdown of customer files
- Analysis of the product offer
- Study of price positioning and product segmentation
- Define the zoning and merchandising for the offer
- Define the sales objectives (transformation rate and turnover) in coordination with management
- Follow-up and management of the sale
- Brief our floor teams on all aspects of the event: Logistics / Inventory, offer, collection, policy / price, merchandising and daily turnover objectives
- Implementation of correct measures after analysis of sales indicators
- Proposal of marketing actions to optimise conversion rates and turnover in agreement with the brand partner
- Daily brand reporting
- Indicator analysis and sales reporting
- Reporting detailed sales statistics to the brand partner
- Sales marketing report
- Proposal for new operations (event dates, sale structure, location, and commission rate)
Profile
Coming from a business school background, you justify a similar experience in commercial or merchandising with at least two years in the luxury fashion industry. A true entrepreneur, you will be responsible for the operating result of each sale and for maintaining your budget. You will be able to manage the sale organisation as a whole (marketing, logistics, team) by solving event-specific solutions and working well under pressure. Smiling, dynamic, enthusiastic, persevering, you are concerned with providing quality service at every sale stage. You are passionate about the world of fashion and luxury and have a natural product sensitivity. You distinguish yourself by your great professional rigour and excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
