About the job
Join our Arlettie team and embark on a global journey, organizing exclusive private sales around the world for one of the most iconic luxury brands. There will be approximately 7 to 10 sales per year, each lasting around 15 days. When you are not travelling, you may be asked to support sales activities at your local showroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Check-In: Efficiently scan and check-in guests at the entrance of the event venue. Verify the identity and invitation of each guest, ensuring that only the intended invitees attend. Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the event team to coordinate the check-in process and manage guest flow. Assist with crowd management, ensuring a safe and organised environment. Communicate any event-related updates or changes to guests as necessary.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure guests have a positive experience by offering assistance and guidance when needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to guest check-in, such as maintaining attendance records and collecting feedback. Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and up-to-date guest lists.
- Professionalism and Poise: Display a professional and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
