Job description

Based in London, the CRM Project Manager UK operates in a fast-paced international environment and demonstrates full professional fluency in both English and French (bilingual/native level). In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of client invitation campaigns for all showroom sales operated in London.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining campaign content, customer targeting, and database extraction using Salesforce, as well as selecting communication channels and scheduling sends in line with each sale's operational plan.
  • Writing detailed campaign briefs for production teams, ensuring full alignment with Arlettie's brand guidelines.
  • Managing the execution of all client communication flows beyond invitations (editorial content, emailings, surveys, phone outreach, etc.).
  • Monitoring campaign performance, providing detailed reporting and analysis, and proactively suggesting improvements to continuously optimize results.

You will also support the Marketing Manager in delivering cross-functional Marketing and CRM projects:

  • Implementing automated campaigns to activate the client database, grow membership, and reduce churn.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and expansion of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud usage, in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Analysing the customer database and recommending actionable strategies to drive sales performance and increase the number of Members and VIP clients.
  • Continuously enhancing campaign management processes to ensure flawless execution.

You will work closely with all Arlettie departments and manage relationships with external partners to ensure the successful delivery of all initiatives.

Profile required

Graduated from a business school with a specialization in Marketing or Digital, you have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.

Required skills:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of Excel, particularly for KPI analysis.
  • Excellent command of both French and English (bilingual/native level), written and spoken, in an international business context.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
