ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and communicative Client Relations Assistant – German Speaker to join our Customer Service Team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients for a very special event. Your excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and dedication to achieve targets will contribute to the success of this event. The working hours for this role will be 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday 31st March to Friday 23rd May. This position is located at our London office near Oxford Circus and does not offer remote working.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the creation and maintenance of customer service cases, dashboards and reports.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email, phone and in-person interactions.
- Assign and prioritise customer cases, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with the event team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must speak German fluently and be comfortable handling client enquiries in German.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly demeanour.
- Strong active listening skills to understand prospect needs and objections.
- Ability to follow call scripts while adapting to customer responses.
- Basic computer skills to log call details and use necessary software tools.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or call central software is an advantage.
