We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Assistant to join our UK team, based in central London. This role will primarily support inventory management using Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking stock.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, excel at maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible in adapting to varying demands. This is a zero-hour contract, with core working days on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, but with the flexibility to work additional days when needed. The position will be based at our Central London showroom.
Mission Role And Responsibilities
- Managing stock levels and tracking inventory using Excel and other tools
- Assisting with the set-up and dismantling of events
- Coordinating stock load-in and load-out processes
- Maintaining accurate product zoning/merchandising and replenishment
- Preparing product pricing and tagging
- Supporting health and safety, risk management, and loss prevention initiatives

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
