We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated Inventory Manager to join our UK team, based in our showroom in Central London. As the Inventory Manager, you will take responsibility for a showroom environment that is constantly changing. Due to our exciting and unique business model, you will work with merchandise and a retail space that changes weekly. You will report to the dedicated Account Manager and closely collaborate with the Showroom Manager, focusing on managing a team of two for our weekly delivery and inventory operations.
Mission / Responsibilities
- Floor Management: Accepting deliveries and ensuring stock accuracy through regular inventories
- Responsible for weekly stock positions, reconciliations and ageing
- Manage regular cycle counts, follow up on any discrepancies, missing stock, un-barcoded stock, incorrect or misplaced stock
- Action stock loss reports and keep the account manager informed
- Sign off Goods In and Dispatch slips
- Organise vans, and stock delivery schedules to be loaded on vans
- Goods In – Receive stock: check quantity, description, and price of the order are correct
- Goods out: picking and preparation of orders for dispatch/delivery
- Communicate with floor manager to improve sell-throughs; investigate and perform detailed analysis of stock take results
- Manage the RTV process and ensure all returned stock is correctly located and processed
- Managing the zoning/merchandising and product replenishment
- Managing product pricing and tagging
Profile / Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office package with advanced Excel skills
- Versatile with numbers and figures
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
