- Daily operation of container filling machines , safely and efficiently to produce top quality products.
- Report and/or correct safety issues. Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings.
- Perform quality inspections on materials and finished product. Quality checks to include, codes, seals and weights.
- Responsible for accurate product/package/code changes.
- Perform all filling operator CIP duties and surface foaming with mechanical cleaning for all other areas in accordance with specified cleaning schedules.
- Perform simple preventative maintenance, i.e. clean, inspect, lubricate and tighten.
- Monitor equipment and process performance, correct /raise issues before they become problem.
Good communicator with ability to understand instructions - Previous experience in an FMCG or related company.
- Food hygiene certificate.
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent is desirable to demonstrate basic level of vocational learning ability.
- Experience of SAP process order management and automated data collection systems i.e. SCADA, OEE, SPC.
