About the job
The Site Quality Co‑ordinator provides on‑site quality support to the operational team, ensuring that standards, compliance requirements and customer expectations are consistently achieved. This is a hands‑on role working closely with production colleagues, leadership, and sometimes external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Implementing and upholding quality standards, policies and relevant certifiable requirements
- Contributing to a culture of safety, quality and compliance across the site
- Supporting the Quality / Food Safety mindset through daily interactions and decision‑making
- Ensuring that procedures, customer demands and legislation are followed
- Applying specialist knowledge related to products, processes or quality standards
- Collecting, analysing and reporting quality data to support decision‑making
- Assisting in problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis and issue resolution
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Liaising with customers regarding complaints, investigations and queries
- Maintaining management systems, documentation and databases
- Acting as a partner to operations, providing guidance and technical insight
- Helping drive continuous improvement through quality‑related projects
Qualifications
