You will play a key role in supporting our Warehouse and Outbound logistics teams, driving our continuous improvement agenda while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business results.
How you will make an impact
As our Operational Excellence Manager, you will take ownership of the ONE CI pipeline and lead a portfolio of strategic and operational projects across Warehouse and Outbound Logistics. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and enhance performance across the function.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and governing the ONE CI pipeline, driving continuous improvement initiatives across Warehouse and Outbound logistics.
- Managing and delivering a portfolio of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
- Analysing cost performance and supporting teams in implementing actions to reduce inefficiencies and improve outputs.
- Facilitating workshops and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and drive transparency.
- Building strong relationships across the end-to-end supply chain while leveraging data and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) to support decision-making.
The role sits within the Warehouse & Outbound Logistics function and works closely with the Outbound & Warehouse Director, Transport and Site General Managers.
What will make you successful
We are looking for an experienced and driven professional with a strong background in logistics or production with a clear understanding of the end-to-end supply chain.
You will bring solid project management experience and a strategic mindset, combined with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. You are comfortable working with financial and IT tools, and able to translate complex data into clear insights and actions.
To succeed in this role, the three qualities that matter most are a strong sense of ownership and drive, excellent stakeholder collaboration skills and the resilience to deliver results despite challenges. You are self-motivated, proactive and bring a continuous improvement mindset, with experience in Lean being an advantage.
We are looking for somebody with a University degree in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or a related field as well as 6+ years of experience within logistics, warehousing or a similar operational environment.
