How you will make an impact. Reporting to the Wholesale Director, youll be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting both day-to-day account activity and longer-term business growth. Youll work closely with customer and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insight to help shape commercial decisions and maximise performance.
Your key responsibilities
- Owning P&L responsibility at account level
- Supporting sales reporting, forecasting, business planning, promotions, terms, debt including all associated administration
- P&L responsibility for Regional Wholesalers
- Creating & maintaining performance tracking documents
- Sharing analysis with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Managing customer relationships and coordinating day-to-day operational issues, including deliveries and shortages
- Supporting the development and negotiation of joint plans to drive growth and unlock new opportunities
What will make you successful
- Ideally, youll bring up to two years of experience in a commercial FMCG role.
- Youll be results focused, highly organised, and motivated to develop your commercial skillset.
- Strong numerical capability is essential, alongside a collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to learn and progress within a fast-paced environment.
- Youll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and contributing confidently to commercial discussions.
