How you will make an impact

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for UK consumers and customers reaching out about Arla's product range. You'll play a key role in delivering timely, accurate, and professional support while working closely with our Marketing, Brand, and QEHS teams.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer questions, requests, and complaints accurately and on time
  • Draft customer care correspondence and reports, compiling key statistics
  • Manage enquiries regarding product availability, complaints & price, ensuring effective resolution
  • Liaise with production and other key stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records using digital systems and trigger relevant communications

This role reports into the Customer Care Team Leader and works closely with Brand, Marketing, and QEHS.

Qualifications

  • Vocational/technical education or equivalent, with 0–2 years of experience (entry‑level friendly)
  • Comfortable working with databases/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and communicate clearly in both writing and speech
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in administration and reporting
  • Customer‑focused communicator—empathetic, clear, and timely; proactive problem‑solving and collaboration skills
