How you will make an impact

As Communications Specialist, you will develop and deliver integrated, 360° communications that bring Arla’s corporate narrative to life, support business priorities and engage colleagues. • Lead the integration of Feed Life and champion consistent use of Arla's Corporate Visual Identity and communications standards through storytelling, campaigns and leader communications.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, agency partners and colleagues across UK, ASC and Global teams to provide communications advice, support leaders, maintain consistent messaging, drive alignment and share best practice.

What will make you successful

To be successful in this role, you will be a confident communications professional with experience developing and delivering integrated communications across multiple channels and audiences. You’ll combine strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the creativity and practical capability to produce engaging multimedia content.

You’ll be comfortable advising senior stakeholders, shaping clear narratives and managing communications in a fast-paced, matrix organisation. Strong collaboration, judgement and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to balance UK priorities with global alignment.

Success in the role will be reflected in informed and engaged colleagues, confidently supported leaders, consistent and visible use of Feed Life, and high-quality communications that strengthen Arla’s reputation and support business performance and culture.

What do we offer?

We’re committed to supporting your growth and development, offering internal and external training opportunities. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary, 26 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays, matched pension contributions up to 6%, life assurance, and flexible benefits.
