As a Palletiser Operator at our flagship Aylesbury Dairy you will play an integral part in the production of our fantastic dairy products. Our Aylesbury site is the largest fresh milk site in Europe where we produce for most of the UK retailers under their own brand. The site is the same size footprint as 30 Wembley Stadiums! This isn’t just a job—it’s your chance to lead the charge in our APS pilot palletiser area, where innovation meets impact. You’ll be at the forefront of lean thinking, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Load milk pallets onto trailers for UK‑wide distribution.
- Monitor temperatures to keep products fresh and flawless.
- Operate forklifts, support Krones machines and spot performance hiccups early.
- Solve challenges on the fly—your quick thinking makes the difference.
- Master SAP PW8 for audits, transfers and real‑time stock control; prepare top‑notch loading manifests.
- Collaborate across teams with clear, positive communication.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards at a high level.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Motivated team player who can work independently and understands supply‑chain processes; adheres to health and safety rules.
- Strong communicator with the ability to prioritise tasks and sustain a good attendance record.
- Experience in FMCG or related sector desirable; full training provided.
- Willingness to learn additional skills.
- Forklift licence beneficial—training available.
- Full‑time permanent role covering days and nights; 12‑hour shifts; shift pattern over 5 weeks including 10 consecutive days off.
