Arla is recruiting a Transport Team Leader (Transport Shift Manager) at our Westbury Inbound Depot to oversee the day-to-day milk collection operations from our farmer-owners.
You will lead a shift of drivers, manage performance, training, absence, and discipline, and work with Verilocation, Opitool and SAP to plan routes with a view to delivering safe, compliant and efficient operations. This role requires a proactive people leader willing to drive performance.
