Our Aylesbury site, built in 2010 and spanning 76 acres, plays a critical role in producing high-quality dairy products for millions of consumers across the UK. Working on a Panama shift pattern with rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining and improving the technology and equipment that helps us feed the nation. How you will make an impact As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement of our dairy processing and packaging operations. Working within a high-performing engineering team, you will use your electrical and mechanical expertise to maintain equipment, minimise downtime and support the delivery of safe, high-quality products to our customers. This role sits within the Engineering function at our Aylesbury site and operates on a 42-hour rotating shift pattern covering days and nights. Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across dairy processing and packaging equipment. Deliver planned preventative maintenance activities to maximise asset reliability and performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives using TPM, RCM, FMEA, 5S, Kaizen and other lean manufacturing methodologies.
