Arla Foods Lockerbie is seeking an Area Technician to join the Operations team. You will act as the technical expert in your LCO area, driving equipment reliability and supporting high levels of performance. You’ll work with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to deliver sustainable improvements.
You’ll lead problem-solving activities, CI programmes and ensure technical standards are maintained, while coaching frontline teams to develop technical capability.
