Arla Foods is launching the Arla Driver Academy in Burton upon Trent to recruit LGV drivers through an eight-month training scheme with a 4 on 2 off rolling shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays. You will work towards obtaining your LGV license while being mentored and coached by a team.
Duties include training toward LGV Category C+E, loading/unloading milk, transshipping milk, maintaining hygiene, representing the company at customer sites, and upholding Arla's service standards.
