Sales Coordinator – Leeds – 3/4 days Part Time

How will you make an impact
Reporting into an Account Controller, you will provide support to the frontline commercial team with tasks such as price and promotional administration, sales reporting, and trade event management. You will also be responsible for:
- Weekly reporting & performance tracking (EPOS / RAE report / office rota).
- Invoices / coding & adding to trackers.
- Debt management support.
- Store visits & sample management.
- PO creation and management, new store setup, team site maintenance (folders / admin etc), product bible, contact lists, new line forms, and event support (external & internal).
Additionally, you will be involved in creating and maintaining promotional performance tracking documents and sharing this analysis with relevant colleagues in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will also include price management, team meeting ownership (managing room bookings, agendas, decks & follow-up actions on a weekly/monthly basis), invoice and debt management (ensuring performance remains on track and is below agreed target levels), purchase order creation & management, and sample organisation for customer requests

To excel in this role, you will be a results-driven individual with strong organisational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent attention to detail, the ability to effectively prioritise tasks, and confidence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Additionally, strong numerical and communication skills, along with a team-oriented mindset, will help you succeed in this position.
