How You Will Make An Impact
As our Organic Social Media Executive, you will own Arla’s organic social channels. You’ll craft warm, funny and on-brand content, jump on trends before they peak, and work with our agency to push creative boundaries – all while using data to refine and improve performance.
- Manage and grow Arla’s organic social channels, planning and publishing content
- Develop engaging, on-brand posts that capture our friendly, dairy-loving personality
- Spot and capitalise on emerging social trends to keep our channels fresh
- Collaborate with our agency to experiment boldly and innovate beyond the usual
- Monitor performance metrics, deliver actionable insights and optimise content strategies
This role sits in the Marketing & Communications team in Leeds and reports to the Senior Digital Content Lead.

you bring proven experience managing a social media account (brand or personal) with strong, measurable results, and you possess deep knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
You feel at ease using social analytics tools, translating data into creative improvements that drive engagement.
Your gift for storytelling brings ideas to life in ways that delight and inspire, while your trend-savvy mindset ensures you spot and act on the next big thing before anyone else. You will be relentlessly results-driven, setting targets, tracking performance, and pushing for continuous improvement.
