As a Network Services Coordinator, you’ll be the glue between Logistics, Commercial and our haulier partners. Ensuring every order reaches our customers on time and in full.

How You Will Make an Impact

In this role, you will provide vital support to the Outbound & Warehouse team and Arla Logistics, ensuring seamless order delivery and exceptional service to our customers. You will sit at the heart of our operation, collaborating across functions to solve challenges and continuously improve our processes.

  • Coordinate with Commercial, Production, Transport and hauliers to achieve timely order delivery and meet departmental targets.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries, maintaining query logs and prioritising high-impact feedback.
  • Analyse daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to identify issues and drive process improvements.
  • Support network planning activities—including pallet return plans, intersite trunking and empty-trailer repatriation.
  • Oversee scheduling administration, system template updates and the maintenance of risk-assessment databases.

What Will Make You Successful

With a minimum of 2 years\’ experience in a customer-service or logistics environment, you will be fluent in English and possess strong skills in Excel and SAP, along with experience in Power BI.

You will have a good understanding of scheduling systems, LEAN principles, and cross-functional coordination. As a proactive problem-solver with a continuous-improvement mindset, you will be a collaborative communicator who builds strong stakeholder relationships.

Also an analytical thinker who pays attention to detail and drives results.
