Overview
Arla Foods are on the lookout for a talented Digital Media Specialist to join our ambitious in-house digital team on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of media buying and consumer engagement across our global markets.
You’ll work on household favourite brands like Lurpak, Anchor, and Arla Cravendale, while supporting the launch of new innovating products and brands. Whether your experience is in buying online video, social campaigns, agency or in-house – we’d love to hear from you!

How will you make an impact?
Reporting into the local Media Buying Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing campaigns and collaborating with fellow media specialists to bring our digital vision to life.
Note: The following are key responsibilities:
- Setting up Social Media & Online Video campaigns on a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Netflix, Youtube, and ConnectedTV.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend inflight tactical changes to maximise performance across social and programmatic channels.
- Supporting with data and KPI analysis.
- Collaborating with global teams & drawing inspiration from colleagues across Europe and MENA regions.
- Understand Arla’s audience behaviours to build optimal consumer journeys.
- Explore and test new media platforms, channels, and formats.
What will make you successful
You’re a confident communicator with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning campaign results into future activations. You build trust across teams and stakeholders, and you’re driven to make things happen!
The ideal candidate will also bring;
- Experience in setting up and executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- A solid understanding of the digital media buying process
- Familiarity with digital ad ecosystems such as Google Analytics, Ad Server, DSPs, etc.
- A proactive, solutions-focussed mindset, with the ability to take initiative
- Experience working in the biddable media or retail media space is desirable!
