8 hour days Are you an experienced Maintenance & Engineering professional ready to take ownership of planning and coordination in a fast-paced, high-performing environment? Do you thrive on structured processes, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration? If so, our Taw Valley Creamery has the opportunity for you. This is especially exciting as the creamery is undergoing a major transformation, thanks to a £180 million investment. How you will make an impact Plan and schedule planned maintenance work orders, ensuring alignment across operations and planning teams. Scope and prepare maintenance work packages including labour, spare parts, tools, and Control of Work requirements (e.g. permit-to-work, risk assessment, LOTO). Coordinate deferred corrective maintenance and support improvement projects related to Maintenance & Utilities. Act as site CMMS (SAP PM) super-user, supporting pilot projects and upskilling users in system processes. Create and maintain master data in CMMS for equipment, maintenance plans, BOMs, and task lists. Develop standard work instructions and procedures to drive consistency and compliance. Facilitate data analysis sessions and provide insights to the M&E leadership team and LCO Core team. Support MRO Coordinator in optimising spare part utilisation and contribute to M&E financial processes. Grow with Arla Strong technical education in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 5+ years experience in maintenance and repair processes within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proven ability to work within established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement. Experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS platforms, with a passion for data and digital tools. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative mindset. What will you get?
