This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week required on site as well as the flexibility to travel to external events as required. Lockerbie is at the heart of our future growth. A major new investment will transform the site into a centre of excellence for UHT, Lactofree and Shake & Sundae technologies, significantly expanding our UK production capability. How will you make an impact

This role will be a combination of creating a strategy to drive volume recruitment within the early careers space, along with managing the entire end to end recruitment process for the project. From advertising roles, sourcing candidates, facilitating competency and behavioural assessment interviews through to handling offers and onboarding. In Arla, our people are our most important asset, and you have an all-important stake in ensuring that we attract and hire the best candidates out there for this exciting project. You will be a strong partner to our project at site and handle several recruitments simultaneously. This will include attracting candidates to fill vacancies at all levels of the organisational chart, predominantly within Supply Chain.

Local engagement is key to a successful future pipeline of candidates, so you will be expected to establish strong connections with local schools and colleges, as well as leading careers fairs and industry specific events to attract local talent. You will take the lead on these events, creating branded materials with support from the marketing and communications teams that reflect our values and employer value proposition. You will have overall responsibility of the end to end recruitment process, including assessment centres and onboarding. You will be delivering behavioural assessment feedback to all interviewed candidates using psychometric assessment tools. You will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders in this role, internally and externally of Arla. Fostering true partnering expertise to your site stakeholders, providing technical recruitment advice and a consultative approach. You will create content across various channels including LinkedIn, external job boards and social media to enhance brand visibility and awareness.

  • Experience of recruiting within Supply chain is advantageous
