We are looking for a Senior eCommerce Specialist to join our UK eCommerce team, responsible for designing first class digital retail media plans and influencing change across the business.

How will you make an impact?
As a Senior eCommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in Arla's Digital Retail Media investment and a best-in-class digital shelf. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the eCommerce team to develop and implement effective eCommerce media plans that align with key Arla and retailer objectives, within budget.
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce teams, Shopper Marketing, Local Media Planning & Global Media Buying to track, evaluate & maximise investment returns and enhance online presence.
- Maximizing efficiency in Retail Media administration including planning, booking, executing, content management, evaluating and invoicing.
- Lead the interrogation of digital retail media rate cards to identify opportunities for cost efficiency and strategic investment.
- Develop Arla investment criteria and establish expected rates for various activities, and provide clear recommendations on how to influence and optimise spending to achieve the best returns on investment.
- Serve as the UK lead on Digital Shelf Analytics, collaborating with global eCommerce leads to shape strategy and usage, report on key KPIs, and ensure first-class online product imagery and search-optimised brand content across all platforms.

Experience Required
- Previous eCommerce experience within a similar role
- Demonstrated achievements in sales, commercial revenue/trade management, digital marketing and e-commerce.
