Shift pattern: 40 hours. Monday- Friday. 8 hour day shifts

We have an exciting M&E Utility Operator opportunity to join our Oakthorpe dairy engineering team. This would be joining an established engineering team within a well invested fast- paced production site.
How would you make an impact
* Maintaining services across the site in line with our Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and provide corrective maintenance in case of site equipment failure and breakdown across the following; Industrial steam boiler, waste heat boiler, refrigeration plant, DAF plant, hot & cold water systems, heat exchangers, cooling tower, HVAC maintenance.
* Conduct equipment and plant condition appraisals and work alongside the OEM\βs when services are carried out
* Challenge current processes and practices to identify new opportunities to improve operation and efficiency
* Awareness of relevant QEHS compliance within the role such as Legionella, fire safety, PSSR, LOTO.
* Authorise permits and ensure the work is being carried out in a safe and controlled manner.
* Weekend shift cover to support production β approx 1 weekend in 4

* The ideal candidate would hold a Level 3 NVQ or recognised engineering qualification, with experience in reactive and planned preventative maintenance and working within regulated environment.
* A positive and resilient approach to problem solving, team working, and continuous improvement
* You will need to have previous work experience within Hard FM and similar site service environments
* Experience in HV/LV systems would be highly desirable
