E-commerce Senior Professional Arla Head Office, Leeds, LS10 1AB Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours Hybrid working pattern Are you a passionate e-commerce expert with a keen eye for developing excellence in media execution plans? Can you unlock e-commerce category and commercial growth? Do you have a hunger for delivering commercial results thorough channel and shopper understanding? As an E-Commerce Senior Professional, you will be part of the UK E-commerce team and will be responsible for executing digital retail media plans and creating winning retailer relationships. Working with customers and the sales and marketing teams, you will be a strong networker and influencer with a focus on results, delivering exceptional ROI and shopper insights. As an E-Commerce Senior Professional, your responsibilities will include; * Execution of Digital Retail Media plans for aligned customer(s) including budget management and forecasting * Customer relationship management with retail partners and agencies * Continuous improvement of the digital shelf experience on Arla brands * Activating NPD in the channel * Tracking Arla/customer performance to create actionable insights What will make you successful We are looking for a commercially astute individual who fully appreciates retailer/channel commercial challenges & opportunities and can provide direction around them. * A true team player, focussed on success for the team and function. * Possesses a performance mindset and is results-driven. * Relationship Builder – can quickly build and maintain rapport. * Comfortable with commercial/category data and excels at finding insights. * Adaptable, able to embrace change quickly and adapt to the evolving needs of shoppers, customers, and Arla. * Shopper and e-commerce obsessed, with a genuine passion for understanding and leveraging this to drive a competitive advantage Experience Required * At least 2 years of commercial FMCG experience in a supplier or retailer. * Channel and shopper knowledge is a definite advantage.
