How will you make an impact?
Reporting into the Senior Customer Sustainability Manager (UK), you will work closely with the customers and farmers to deliver welfare and sustainability progress on UK farms. You will manage farmer engagement on behalf of your customers, fostering strong relationships with both farmers and customers. Additionally, you will liaise with commercial teams across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the aligned farmer groups, farmer meetings, customer reporting and issues management on farm which relate to customer standards
- Support the commercial team to engage new and prospective customers on the potential to come onto new programmes
- Ensure regular communication with agriculture team at customers and Arla customer teams to maintain customer support, trust and perception of value for money of the programmes.
- Lead customer specific projects if and where appropriate and capacity allows.
