Site Scheduler - Stourton Dairy

This role will cover Sunday to Wednesday with a 4 on / 3 off fixed shift pattern at Stourton Dairy, with additional ad-hoc coverage for other weekdays and Saturdays to ensure 7-day scheduling support.

How will you make an impact?

• Ensure plans are optimized considering constraints like Preventative Maintenance and outages
• Update and share daily requirement reports and snapshots
• Create and maintain SOP documentation for training and coverage
• Contribute to capacity mapping and process improvements
• Collaborate with the Site Scheduling Team Leader to enhance KPI reporting
• Review PEAK plans for Creamery categories regularly
• Adjust planning parameters to meet service and cost objectives
• Build relationships across functions: site, network planning, transport, product management, and commercial teams
• Maintain planning master data (APO and PS1)
• Provide daily support for other categories like Dairy Scheduling and Component Planning
• Offer cover for the Site Scheduling Team Leader as needed

What you will need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FMCG, preferably in site scheduling, planning, or supply planning roles, with a solid understanding of site operations and the supply chain. They should be analytical, adaptable to change, and effective communicators across all levels. Problem-solving skills should focus on root causes and continuous improvement. SAP/APO experience is advantageous.
