In this position you can work out of our office in Aarhus, Leeds or Gdansk.
How you will make an impact
As a Communication & Creativity Intelligence Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping Arla build stronger, braver, and more consumer-rooted communications. You’ll support the delivery of creative testing, brand tracking, and other insight-led work that helps our teams create more effective campaigns across global and local markets. You will:
- Lead the delivery of communication research projects across campaigns, brands, and markets
- Help coordinate our global brand equity tracking program and support the analysis of key trends
- Work with our research partners to manage timelines, tools, and deliverables
- Assist in preparing reports and storytelling decks that bring data to life and guide better decisions
- Contribute to the evaluation of creative ideas, from early-stage concepts to final executions
- Track examples of standout creative and consumer trends to inspire teams across Arla
- Help keep our research toolkit and SharePoint hub up to date and accessible
- Learn from experienced insight leads and build your confidence working with marketers and agencies
What will make you successful
You’re naturally curious about people, brands, and the power of great ideas. You love finding the “why” behind campaigns that connect and are excited to build your skills in research and storytelling. Further, you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand insight, or research agency roles
- An understanding of how brands communicate and the role insight plays in the creative process
- Strong organisational and coordination skills - able to juggle tasks and timelines with ease
- Basic knowledge of research methods (e.g. surveys, qualitative testing) and a willingness to learn more
- Solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel; confident presenting data in a clear, engaging way
- A collaborative, can-do mindset and a passion for learning by doing
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
