Arla Foods are looking to recruit a proactive and thorough Cleaner/Hygiene Operative on a full-time basis. Shifts will consist of days, evenings, and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for the cleaning of all communal areas of our Aylesbury site which will include bathrooms, changing rooms, canteen, corridors, offices, and the admin block.
The ideal candidate will have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved cleaning chemicals.
Responsibilities- Monitor equipment performance and correct/raise issues before they become problems.
- Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards.
- Ensure full completion of daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning targets.
- Able to work on its own and be able to challenge different areas of the business.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment.
- Recording confirmation of tasks completed.
- Making sure you have enough stock for your area/s.
- Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Good communicator with ability to understand instructions.
- Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
