LNT Construction Limited, part of the LNT Care Developments Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager with proven care home construction experience to deliver high‑quality projects across East Anglia.
Role Overview
This role is ideally suited to a Site Manager with a strong background in new‑build care homes or similar healthcare/residential specialist environments. You will oversee the full on‑site delivery of projects from groundworks through to handover, ensuring compliance with all technical, regulatory, and quality standards associated with care sector developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations on purpose‑built care home projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality builds
- Maintain strict adherence to project specifications, programmes, and budgets
- Ensure all works align with relevant Building Regulations, fire safety requirements, and care‑sector standards
- Enforce HSE regulations and company Health
