Are you looking to break into the world of commercial photography? We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Studio Runner to join a busy and creative homewares photography studio. This is an ideal role for someone hands on, reliable and eager to gain real experience within a professional studio environment.
We are recruiting a Studio Runner to support a busy photography studio specialising in homewares photography. This is a long term temporary opportunity, suited to someone at a junior level who is keen to gain hands on experience within a professional studio setting. There is potential for the role to become permanent for the right individual.
You will play a key part in keeping shoots running smoothly, supporting photographers, stylists and studio managers behind the scenes. No previous studio experience is required, just the right attitude and a strong work ethic.
Working Hours
Full time, Monday to Friday, on a shift system of working either 8.00am to 4.00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm, you must be flexible and willing to swap and change shifts as needed. Flexibility is required to meet studio schedules and shoot deadlines.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the team during daily shoots
- Preparing studio spaces ahead of call times
- Moving products, props and equipment between studio and warehouse
- Assisting with set preparation and resets
- Unpacking and handling homewares products with care
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Running on site errands to ensure shoots stay on schedule
