Are you a creative Graphic Designer looking for your next exciting contract? ARL Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading retail organisations for an experienced Graphic Designer to join their creative team at their Head Office in Enderby. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast paced, collaborative studio environment where you'll contribute to a variety of creative projects across both digital and print media. This initial 12 week assignment could also open the door to future freelance opportunities for the right individual.

The Role

  • Working alongside an established creative team, you'll be responsible for producing engaging visual content that supports multiple internal and external campaigns.
  • Creating high quality artwork for digital and printed communications.
  • Designing engaging creative assets across multiple platforms.
  • Working from established brand guidelines whilst introducing fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Managing several design projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
  • Collaborating with marketing, communications and wider business teams.
  • Taking concepts from initial brief through to final artwork.
  • Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across every project.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Previous experience within a busy creative or studio environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design.
  • Excellent typography, layout and branding skills.
  • The ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver innovative design solutions.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • A proactive approach with excellent communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience using Asana.
  • Experience using Adobe Express.
  • Motion graphics experience would be advantageous.
