Our client is seeking 3 sales negotiators, one for each of their thriving local estate agency offices.
Are you ambitious, confident and passionate about property? A thriving independent estate agency is looking for Sales Negotiators to join its growing teams in Northwood, Pinner or Rickmansworth.
What youll be doing:
Matching buyers to the right properties and arranging viewings
Conducting viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
Negotiating offers and securing sales
Progressing transactions through to completion
Proactively generating new business and supporting office growth
What were looking for:
A motivated, target-driven individual with a professional manner
Excellent people skills and confident communication style
Previous property or sales experience is helpful but not essential
Full UK driving licence and own car required
Whats on offer:
£25,500 basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000)
Working hours: MonThu 9:00am6:30pm, Fri 9:00am6:00pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
