We currently require LGV Drivers based in Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas, working 5 days out of 7 with various shift patterns, including weekend work. The role is temporary and ongoing.
PM Shifts
Our client is one of the UK\’s best-known high-street retailers and most established online. Behind the scenes, they are at the cutting edge of Warehousing and Logistics, employing more than 7000 people across eight distribution centers. They are a British multinational clothing, footwear, and home products retailer with around 700 stores, of which circa 500 are in the United Kingdom.
Successful candidates will have a passion for driving, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver goods on time and in a safe and effective manner. You will be responsible for:
- The safe, efficient, and economic driving for both delivery and collection activities, ensuring these are on time and in excellent condition.
- Communicating directly with our Retail stores and our Traffic Office to keep them informed of expected delivery times.
- Completing all documentation relevant to your role.
- License requirements: Class 1 + C+E and CPC card. No more than 6 points on the licence.
All shifts are guaranteed 6 hours.
The role is temporary and ongoing with the opportunity to become permanent.

Job Type: Temporary contract (ongoing)
Pay: £18.70 – £28.05 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift (6 hours guaranteed).
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hemel Hempstead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Experience:
- Class 1 LGV: 2 years (preferred).
