About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marine Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of our marketing activities across all channels, ensuring our brand reaches and resonates with our target audience within the marine and maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Manage the day-to-day rollout of marine marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Content Creation: Write and produce engaging, industry-relevant content for social media, email newsletters, website blogs, and promotional materials.
- Email Marketing: Build, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning, logistics, and on-site marketing for marine trade shows, boat shows, and industry networking events.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily marketing metrics, compile reports on campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to the Marketing Lead.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing outputs adhere to brand guidelines and accurately reflect our position in the marine market.
- Vendor Collaboration: Liaise with external agencies, printers, and media partners to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and to specification.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven, hands-on experience in a marketing role,
OR a strong professional background in the marine industry.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as email platforms (e. g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot), CMS (Word Press), and social media scheduling software.
- Shopify experience a bonus.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
