The programme
Our Operational Internship gives you a hands‑on, rounded introduction to the asset finance industry by immersing you in the daily workings of Arkle Finance. Over the programme, you’ll rotate through core operational teams, contribute to live processes, and work on a collaborative project that helps drive real improvements. With support from experienced colleagues, regular mentorship, and opportunities to build your professional network, you’ll develop the skills, confidence, and commercial awareness needed to kickstart your career in financial services.
Our Technical Internship blends IT, data, and credit analytics to give you a practical understanding of the technology and insight that power Arkle Finance. You'll work on real systems, data flows, reporting tasks, and improvement projects—supported by specialists who will guide your development. Through hands‑on technical experience, a cross‑department project, and mentorship from IT and Credit teams, you'll strengthen your analytical skills, grow your technical capability, and gain valuable exposure to how innovation and data shape the asset finance industry.
Where you will work
Our office is in Wellingborough and as this is an in-person internship, remote work options are not available.
When does this start?
Typically, the programme starts towards the beginning of July for a period of 8 weeks.
