Based in our Wellingborough head office you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. Benefits include private medical insurance, 25 days’ annual leave (rising to 28 days with length of service), enhanced maternity and paternity leave, income protection, and pension.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and develop a team of five, setting the standard for quality, compliance, and client care.
  • Oversee day-to-day collections activity, supporting your team with complex or challenging cases.
  • Foster a culture of coaching, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all activity meets FCA and internal standards, with a focus on fair outcomes for customers, including those who may be vulnerable.

What you’ll bring

  • Three to five years’ management experience in collections, ideally in asset finance.
  • Experience with both consumer and business finance.
  • Strong working knowledge of FCA rules and compliance.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Integrity, kindness, and a personal approach to client service.
  • DIPAF or MICM qualification is desirable but not essential.
